Description
The UNION TC-150 is a 5-axis table boring machine for the effective multi-sided machining of medium-heavy workpieces. The horizontal drilling and milling machine in cross table design is equipped with a working spindle Ø 150mm and a tool magazine with 60 magazine places and automatic tool changing system. The working table with a clamping surface of 1.600x2.000mm can hold workpieces up to a weight of 10 tons. The main spindle has a maximum torque of 2,179 Nm and can deliver up to 46kW at 3,000 rpm. A coolant system with paper band filter system, internal (20 bar) and external (3 bar) coolant supply as well as a special rotary housing, mounted on the table, complete the features of this boring mill type UNION TC-150.

- B-Axis with low-friction, hydrodynamic sliding guide with plastic coating. Backlash-free table adjustment (B-axis) with optimized double pinion drive. Table bearing with a radial and axial precision roller bearing.
