Description
Our retrofit project UNION TC-110 is a 5-axis table-type boring mill for effective multi-sided machining of complex small and medium-sized workpieces. The horizontal boring and milling machine in cross table design is equipped with a main spindle and quill Ø 110mm and a tool magazine with 60 pockets and automatic tool change system.
The working table with a clamping surface of 1,250x1,600mm can carry workpieces weighing up to 6 tons. The main spindle has a maximum torque of 2,012 Nm and delivers 22kW at 3,000rpm. A coolant system with belt filter system and internal and external coolant supply complete the equipment package of this versatile UNION TC-110 boring mill.
