CNC 5-axis High Performance Machining Centre HERMLE C30 U

The 5-axis machining center C 30U from HERMLE with a HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 control has two axes in the workpiece and three axes in the tool.

This enables dynamic positioning and safe fixing of the workpiece in the desired machining position.

With dimensions of X = 650 x Y = 600 x Z = 500 in relation to the footprint, the C30 U has a very large working space.
It offers a tool magazine with 32 places and a Ø 630mm NC swivel rotary table.
The main spindle with spindle adapter HSK63 rotates up to 18.000 U\min and is connected to an internal coolant supply system with 80bar high pressure.
A Renishaw OMP40 probe is included in the scope of delivery.
